  2. "Notes of Interest to Surveyors Pertaining to Various Aspects of the Canadian Law of Real Property", Compiled by W. D. McLellan, NBLS in April 1967. Some of the contents of this 25 page report includes Duties and Limitations of the Surveyor, and discussion on boundaries, easements and descriptions. The report contains many references to court cases.

  3. "Report on Statutes and Judgments Affecting The Survey and Title of Crown and Freehold Lands in New Brunswick", prepared in October 1960 by H. W. Hickman, Q.C., who was then senior counsel at the Department of Attorney General. This report is sometimes referred to as "The Hickman Report"

  4. "Case Reports Concerning Legal Principles of Boundaries from New Brunswick Reports, 1969 - 1978" This 280 page report was prepared by James Doig, and published by the ANBLS in 1979.

  5. "Cases Related to Land Surveyors and Boundaries Taken from the New Brunswick Reports, 1978 to 1998". This is a follow-up to the 1969-1978 book, and was compiled by Jim Dobbin, NBLS, LLB, as a result of a grant from the ANBLS to the Centre for Property Studies, UNB. It is published as a bilingual report.

    This document is now available to members & non-members - printed (all 580 pages) as a soft cover bound book with plastic spine, and also in Adobe¨ PDF format on a CD.
